You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that:

- You do not use our AI tools to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.

- You do not attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of our software systems.

3. SMS and Mobile Messaging (A2P)

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive communications, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Ashrei Ventures, LLC d/b/a Crafton Digital Systems. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Ashrei Ventures, LLC d/b/a Crafton Digital Systems does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated content and is not liable for any business decisions, loss of reputation, or financial damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

5. Fees and Payment

Payments must be made in accordance with the billing terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Deposits: Many services require an upfront deposit or setup fee before work begins.

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital service configuration, refunds are not guaranteed once system setup or consulting has commenced, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension of your AI agents and software access.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, code, AI configurations, website content, and designs created by Ashrei Ventures, LLC d/b/a Crafton Digital Systems remain the exclusive property of the Company. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended business purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, or reverse-engineer our proprietary AI stacks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashrei Ventures, LLC d/b/a Crafton Digital Systems, its officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the six (6) months preceding the claim. Our services utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist in business operations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content or actions may occasionally contain errors. Ashrei Ventures, LLC d/b/a Crafton Digital Systems is not liable for any business decisions made based solely on AI-generated outputs.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential any non-public, sensitive business information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services for any violation of these Terms or for non-payment. You may terminate your agreement with us by providing written notice as specified in your individual service contract.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
